Registration Fee:
 $400 by May 15, 2006 $450 after May 15, 2006 Non-Profit: $75
  Entitles Vendor to display area no larger than 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep unless prior arrangements are made with vendor adminitration.   NYSolarfest does not provide any services to vendor locations, such as electricity or water. In keeping with the spirit of sustainablility, please provide power through some form of renewable energy.
  Includes 1/8th in ad in the program directory   Vendors are encouraged to bring a self-supporting canopy to protect themselves form the elements.
  Vendor is responsible for setup and breakdown for all displays within the time frame specified.   Food Vendors are required to have Suffolk County health documents and permits.
